Node for Max Workshop (Session B) FILLING

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity filling up

In this workshop we will walk through the basics of Node for Max using a project-based approach. We will learn how to send messages and data to and from the node.script object, bring in libraries from npm, and make network requests. By the end, we'll have a Max patch that interacts with a remote web service. This workshop assumes a basic familiarity with Max, but no JavaScript or Node experience is required. All attendees must bring a laptop with Max 8 installed. (Note that this session is a repeat of the 10:15 AM Node for Max workshop.)

All attendees must bring a laptop with Max 8.0.4, Chrome, and VS Code installed.
